超能计划是一个动作、科幻和犯罪题材的电影。故事发生在新奥尔良，一种名为“超能药”的神秘药丸开始传播开来，这些药丸可以解锁每位使用者独特的超能力。然而，服用之前 nobody knows what will happen afterwards. Some people evolve into bulletproof skin, invisibility and super strength while others experience more lethal reactions. But when the drugs escalate crime levels in the city to dangerous heights, a local cop (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a street-smart girl (Dominic Fishback) and a vengeful ex-soldier (Jamie Foxx) team up to track down and take out the team behind the drug. They risk taking the drugs themselves in order to follow and stop the production of these potent super-drugs that are sweeping through the city.
